Our Location

We are located directly on the Hudson River, just west of Riverside Drive on 79th St. on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Its a very easy walk from the Subway at 79th St. and Broadway (1 Train), and there is a passenger drop-off area just steps from our entrance.

Getting Here by Subway

Take the number 1 train to the 79th Street Station and follow the walking directions listed to the right.

Getting Here by Bus

Take the M79 Cross-town or M5 Fifth Avenue bus to 79th Street and Riverside Drive and follow the walking directions listed to the right.

Driving + Parking

The easiest drop-off location is on 79th Street just west of Riverside Drive. There is no parking allowed in Riverside Park, however there are private parking garages located on the North side of Riverside Drive and 79th Street and on the South side of 79th Street between Broadway and West End Avenue.

Walking Directions

Walk as far west on 79th Street as possible, cross Riverside Drive on either side of the street. You'll see a green highway overpass bridge. Walk underneath the bridge. There are staircases on both sides that will lead you down to the Boat Basin Cafe restaurant. The staircase on the north side of 79th Street is wheelchair accessible. Continue west towards the water and you will see another set of staircases on both the north west and south west corners of the restaurant. Walk down either stair and you will see the gate to the marina. The main entrance gate is the center one beneath the flagpole flying the American flag.

You can also reach us by taking a very pleasant walk up or down the West Side Bicycle Path towards 79th St. from any point on the West Side of Manhattan.
