Corporate Outings

As a reward or employee incentive, this is a truly memorable experience. Your fleet will leave our docks and set sail - maybe up the majestic Hudson River to the Palisades for a picnic, maybe around historic Governor's Island, or possibly an up close and personal tour of the Statue of Liberty. Corporate Team Building

Fun competition is a proven way to build teamwork and leadership - our corporate team building programs do just that. Two or more teams compete in a sailing regatta using the various jobs on a sailboat in a series of short races. Participants set goals, plan strategy, and learn to work as a cohesive unit as performance depends on team effectiveness to win the race. Each participant experiences every position on the boat as they acquire camaraderie, what is needed to enhance performance, and the dynamics of working in a group.

Corporate Learn to Sail

In conjunction with the New York City Sailing School, the Atlantic Yachting Association Corporate Learn to Sail program is the perfect afternoon employee outing. Not as rigorous and challenging as out Corporate Team Building program, our Corporate Learn to Sail program is a relaxed half or full day outing designed to teach the fundamentals of sailing in a relaxed and especially fun atmosphere.
